We will continue to be on the forefront in providing services to help enhance the bureaus business and below are some of our latest examples of this expansion into solutions that assist our bureaus in today’s rapidly evolving security market.

MASmobile

 

MASmobile allows SMC bureaus to access their customer’s details from a single APP installed on the user’s smartphone or device.

Using this technology should reduce time spent onsite performing routine service calls and give our bureaus a better way of accessing end-customer information.

Key Features:

  • The ability for technicians to book on and off tests without having to phone the data entry team
  • Access to end customer’s alarm traffic history
  • Access to end customer’s details, including phone numbers and address
  • Access to the end customers panel zone list

MASWeb

 

MASWeb is a web-based portal that allows our bureaus to access their end customer’s data from the office PC or Laptop.

Key Features:

  • The ability for bureaus to make simple account updates. E.g. zone list updates
  • Allows the bureau to create and automate specific reports via email
  • Gives access to end customer details, including phone numbers and address
  • Enables the bureau to place an account on test allowing technicians to work onsite without setting off alarms

The MASmobile APP or Web portal should not be used when upgrading line numbers or commissioning new sites.
