CheckMyCCTV performs automatic maintenance checks on each connected CCTV system, once every hour. It identifies faults, offline cameras, hard disk failures, image quality issues, and other operational problems—alerting the installer immediately through a central dashboard.
This saves time, reduces the need for site visits, and ensures customers are always protected by a fully functioning system.
Calipsa uses artificial intelligence to analyse CCTV video feeds and filter out false-positive activations. It can tell the difference between real threats and common triggers like wildlife or headlights, reducing unnecessary callouts and improving response accuracy.
